They wont be competitive BAG because of the convenience factor alone. No hassle , walk in .. place bet. If you win you collect next day or that night rather than waiting for some cheque, wu or any other online transfer where hoops have to be jumped. We will never see a 10 cent line or less on for single game betting in Canada I cant guarantee it with 100% but I would bet the max on it.
I know that Mexico charges you 1% when you win. I guess it doesn't matter if you lose as they get their 10% if you lose. I used to have a phone account in Mexico and it was like stealing.
