Can someone tell me what's up with Colorado -3.5 Toledo?

Toledo has two new WRs, a new DT, a new DE, and a new CB and FS.

Colorado has a new WR, a new center, 4 brand new defensive lineman, 1 new LB, and two new safeties.

Kinda I guess. 3-year starter at center backing up starting guard moved to center. Right guard got Cole moved over from the D a year ago or so and he had 7 starts on the line last year. So technically they still have last year's starting center on the team. He just got replaced by another O line starter.
