Authorities report that the Huge Cloud of Smoke smells suspiciously like Marijuana and came to be from out of nowhere approximately 44 minutes ago and is only growing larger plus theres really loud Reggae music emanating from beneath the cloud accompanied by what appears to be Dancing.

Its hard to tell cuz of all the Smoke. Instruments are going crazy.

Beyond that statement no explanation for this mysterious (and apparently spontaneous) Huge Cloud of Smoke has been offered but an update has been promised sometime around 6:30.
