get 2 fairly large bottles of water, use whatever kind of bottle is big enough to hold a lot of water, but not too big to take with you. I use apple juice bottles. Drink a couple of them every day.
Before you eat, drink AT LEAST one full glass of water. Two is better. This will fill you up a bit.
Stop drinking "liquid calories" such as coke or Dr. Pepper.
Also, try to exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Jogging or something. If you do it right before you eat dinner you'll feel a little more guilty about overeating.
Also, cut down on the fast food even if it's only 10% less a month...
Make a conscious effort to cut down the carbohydrates.
If you do all of that, you WILL lose weight.
