Who did you ask or how did you request it. Freddy paid out several people on Tuesday. He actually came in on his day off (Tuesdays) to do payouts for players. There is no need to erase this post. We have nothing to hide. Freddy was not in today so he did not get your payout request if it was done 24 hours ago (12 AM in CR).
It will be done in a few minutes.
I requested it at night on Tuesday I think and I did it on the internet using the payout link. I will say this, it has been 24 hours at this EXACT time! But I will erase this later. But i know that no one could do the transfer at night. I only called today at 6pm just to ask about it

i am simply posting my opinions as remember mike this is a FORUM for opinions. Plus if you do a search on the boards for you guys you will see its nothing but complaints lately. Its books like yours who give the real ones a bad name. You NEVER see anyone complaining about payments from pinnacle, cascade etc..only these third rate places like gamblersave, safari, betonsports etc...And as for your comment that "freddy even came in on his day off to do withdrawals" your own words prove you ineptitude. Why isnt there someone there on tuesdays to process withdrawals? it smalls thing like that that seperate the different tiers of books

You are entitled to your opinions. But lets get the facts straight.
#1 - We have paid every single player every penny they have requested.
#2 - We have done so according to the T&C listed on our site. Which clearly stated we will pay everyone within 24 hours of the request. Which means that NO ONE has every been slow paid. I challenge you to find one person.
#3 - People can complain all they want on the forums, but that does not mean that their complaints are valid or that there is not 2 sides to the story.
#4 - You are titled to your opinion, but please base it on 2 sides of the story, not the slanted view you are expressing.
#5 - I have seen people tha have complained about every single book. Just recently there was a post I read about a "slow pay" at Pinnacle. IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS FACTUAL! Please realize the difference. Please find 1 person that has not been paid by GA within the T&C on our site! You cannot, so please stop with the agenda driven remarks.
