We didn't get fucked. It worked great for us. We sold at the peak of the market and took our money to Central America to live the American Dream. We were able to take our time and find where we wanted to live and would be able to grow a business. This is our 3rd NFL season serving many posters here great food and we have made great friends.
That said it only sucks real bad if you have negative equity in your home and have to sell it. I guess the only personally fucking we have taken is the rapid cost in energy do to the invasion and occupation of Iraq. I am sure there are other things if we thought about it but I try to be only positive and optomistic. Unless I am bitching about how the dice are rolling or the cards are flying.
