I have read this entire thread.My conclusion is this.It is absolutely possible that funtyme is probably "scott" (that would explain the PM's) but that should make no difference.Kirk got himself into this,he didn't prove that funtyme stiffed him or was gonna stiff him.In my book ,as it stands right now,Kirk is the only stiff or scammer in this situation.Pay the debt and move on........

I understand that viewpoint and it has credibility, but the problem is who is owed. To take some missed target examples from this thread, if you got e-mails from the whole Nigerian prince scam and sent the guy a few e-mails saying you would pay him several times over a week and didn't pay, then found out about the scam, should you have to pay? This isn't a perfect example because of the obvious differences in gambling and that particular scam, but I'm sure you can see the point here. None of us know for sure that this wasn't a scam, but with major reason to suspect such I have to imagine you wouldn't want to make a payment if you were in this guy's shoes, am I wrong?

Now my guy thinks me and this idiot have some scam going on. I am up big and this sucks. The guy said most of our plays were the opposite. any suggestions..

I'm curious why so much can be presumed about one side and we can't even presume that the other side is a scam. Both sides are idiots, so it's a draw there.
