ointer: any good chinese restaurants there ?I normally wouldn't wade into this stuff as it doesn't interest me much, just a way for masses to fight, divide and conquer BS. However, it is absolutely true that China has abhorrent environmental and health standards that create problems for the rest of the world. This is 1 of them. So call it is what it is, it is a China virus that is coming from a country trying to attain 1st world superpower wealth with 3rd world environmental and health standards.
Trump's issue isn't that he is wrong, he's been spot on about China from the jump. It is that he doesn't have the ability to articulate nuance like an intelligent human being. Speaks at a 4th grade level. That works fine when the stakes are low.
I go back and forth on him, sometimes I agree that he's not articulating well, but I also wonder if his reasoning is even on the level you guys think it is.
He instinctively understands the US/China relationship on commerce and the US/Central/South America relationship on migration are deeply flawed. That's a nice way of putting it.
And I have no problem calling out Trump at any point on any issue, he's just a man (and a politician who should never be above critique)
Remember when he said that Mexico wasn't sending us their best people, and we all thought he was trying to articulate the unintended consequences of open borders, when he was really trying to say that the Mexican government was actually conspiring to send us their worst?
