How many times are we going to have to go through the way SBR conducts business?

Judge, Slim:

Sportbet was on the recommended list in the past and they paid alright. But SBR will work hard to refer players ONLY to top notch operations. At this very time, Sportbet shows symptoms that cannot be ignored.

Judge, you're an insider. Tell me which of SBR's top 10 positions in the recommended list you disagree with and we will discuss it. CRIS is there, becasue I know they're not going down any time soon.

Jake:

1. My opinion on your management abilities is my opinion. That's all. It sure doesn't look like the ROI you're achieving is something to brag about.

2. Regarding all those shit books, with family I meant exactly that: family. Blood ties.

3. Not siding with Slash. Just said he's got some VERY valid questions, regardless of his agenda, if any. Why don't you address them?

4. "There were big players in this industry looking to buy SportBet, they = the people looking to buy turned the deal down as there was little value to that buy (their words) and we're talking about 2 weeks ago."

Jake, if your boss could, he would sell your shop today. And THAT is a fact.

You guys keep pushing for risky models. SBR will stick to proven operations. The top 10 books in the recommended list are very well run operations.

Jake,

Don't get me wrong....John is a nice fella, he makes mistakes at times but always admits ( BetPanAm on sbr's reccomended list , to mention his latest one ) and amends.

He is not keen on C.R., has never been and has his valid reasons ( nothing to do with sportbet in particular ).

He is right when he says your owners would sell today. he omits when he doesn't say that 90% of owners would do the same.

Keep up with the good work Jake. This Industry needs people like you.

Roberto

1. Ok, so it is just your opinion, based on heresay. Ok, I will accept that.

2. So, because I have an uncle, whose brother's cousin's sister's nephew had problems in business, that means I will also? Ok...if that is your reasoning so be it.

3. I did address them, many times. You got any VALID questions of your own?

4. There were a few buyers on the market, if you must know. In fact, one of the buyers (perhaps the same you refer to) INCREASED their proposal before negotiations ceased. AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED..negotiations ceased, as the offer was pulled off the table when it expired. (hint..it expired cuz we did not accept it).

"Jake, if your boss could, he would sell your shop today. And THAT is a fact."

Question for you, Buzz. If someone came up with what you thought was a very good offer for SBR...would you sell? Yeah, so would we...and any other business would, as well.

FINALLY...MY FAVORITE PART...
"SBR will stick to proven operations."

Sportbet has been around since the beginning, has a proven track record of paying all winners, and has a proven record of solving any and all issues brought to the boards. Enough said.

As I said, please do not put me in your top 10. I do not want to have to pay you a % of clients losses. That is what happens with your site, I know it and you know it...oh..looks like Slim knows it, too!! LOL

Buzz, just busting your balls a little.I think that your ratings as a whole are very indicative of the qualities of the books. However in this case I don't think this books warrents that low a grade. The people that I know that play there seem to be quite satisfied. We probably have a different ideas of ratings.I would reserve anything lower than a c for books that were in serious danger of going under.Hey but you are entitlred to your system.

No problem Jake. Jman asked a question and I gave him an honest answer/ opinion. As Roberto pointed out, SBR is not perfect and doesn’t claim such.

Bottom line is I think there is too much risk to recommend posting up at Sportbet at this time.

Buzz,

"Bottom line is I think there is too much risk to recommend posting up at Sportbet at this time"

You been saying that for years now.

Thanks for answering Jman's question, though. At least it gives us an idea of how you make your ratings. Good luck in the future.

Keep up the good work Jake. I have yet to see any evidence that Sportbet is in any trouble. There has been talk, but we continue on. Smear campaigns have came and gone. You are still here.

I put in a withdrawal request today around the same time at both sportbet and skybook. Got paid first by sportbet.

I think in general sportbet is a very underated book.

Marc,

Glad you continue to be happy with our service. THANK YOU for the positive feedback. Take care and best of luck!
