All sources from intel and the fact that we have gone from 90 cents to 1.31 in 3 days means that permit will be issued very soon.

There is no downside based on all of the facts that I know are true and that is the permit will be issued.

Made my last buy until permit....

Well, I made my last buy last week. Bought 12k more shares. I'm expecting the permit by no later than the end of this month.

I currently have 17K shares at an average price of close to $1.20.

Time to get in now before the permit is signed, once it is signed the price will significantly rise. Today we are currently trading at close to $1.00.
