Answer the question instead of personally attacking--what do foreign investors have anything to do with Bush? the world is a global economy--American companies invest and buy foreign companies all the time. Microsoft and Google purchase foreign positions every week. Dow chemical and GE have made large purchases in the last month. It happens all the time in the global economy of today. No personal attacks needed if you have some facts.
