Jordan has executed Sajida al-Rishawi, the Iraqi would-be suicide bomber whose release ISIS had previously requested, and another prisoner, Jordanian government spokesman Mohammad al-Momani told CNN.

Good riddance, bitch. Don't forget to have that Lucifer guy RSVP a seat down there for Jihadi John. I'll be delighted when that cowardly POS joins you...and it'll happen sooner than later.

Guesser...you're cheering Piers Morgan's article suggesting we need to take the gloves off (and welcome to how normal thinkers have felt about radical Islam for decades, Piers). With that in mind, I'm wondering if you feel Gitmo prisoners should be dealt with in the same manner? Explain to me why we shouldn't get all the info we can from each of them, then pop them in the head and provide all the hungry sharks near the coast with plenty of snacks.

I don't make much distinction between the Taliban, AQ, ISIS, Hamas...whoever the fuck dares to even think about waging war against this country should ultimately realize that's the worst decision they ever made right before we deep-six them.

Agree with what you said..............but Hamas is a little different. Not condoning what they do, but they are fighting for a cause. They are no where as ruthless and inhuman as ISIS.

Of course not. We are Americans. We are better than them. We don't torture. When you start using the tactics of Nazi's, or ISIS, you are no better than Nazi's or ISIS. We will win this war because they are evil, and show who and what they are.

Your Secretary of Islamapology will get right on that.

That isn't how wars are won. Gitmo inmates are there because they tried to carry out some kind of attack on America or American soldiers.

Regarding ISIS, the whole world already "knows who they are"...just like everyone knew who Hitler was during WWII. They prove who they are every time they commit, record and publish these atrocities. The question is who is going to do anything about stopping them (or AQ, or whoever wants to tangle with the USA).

If you want some framework to see what will probably be required to crush ISIS, take a look at how the Syrian Government handled the 1982 Hama Massacre. That kind of brute force is the only thing these lunatics understand. We can't do the "win their hearts and minds with good PR" route anymore. It hasn't worked for 60 years and won't achieve anything besides wasting time.

Freakin BRILLIANT. ISIS is Not Muslim, they are at war with Muslims. This Jordanian Pilot who gave up his life in this fight might prove to be the biggest hero in the fight against these sick Terrorists. This might be the turning point. Let us all pray this will be the tipping point.

These N I G G E R S live and die by the Quran - pretty sure that makes them Muslim

The best framework for defeating Islam was carried out by Catholic Kings over 500 years ago in a country called Spain.

The only people who can succeed in stopping them are the people they are mainly attacking, Muslims in the Middle East. That's whose hearts and minds must be won, and that's who will ultimately rise up and eradicate them from their midst. The recorded Murder of this Jordanian Pilot is the beginning of the end for ISIS, and hopefully all of these radical, extreme Muslim Terrorists. The example you gave perfectly illustrates that point, so thanks.
Not America, not France, not England, not Japan. We'll all be there in full support, but we cannot defeat them, with troops, or with drones. Only the Mideast Countries where they reside and whose residents they victimize can defeat them.

What kind of comment is this? Not going to cry to a mod but this statement is probably the most profoundly ignorant I have ever seen on this site.

Very disappointing coming from a long time poster

I agree partially. We're going to need help, but hearts/minds/education isn't enough. Even air strikes by themselves won't work. These demented fucksticks will not go gently into the good night. If the U.S. were to send troops on the ground tomorrow, the ISIS cockroaches would do their best to blend in with the general population and avoid detection. Would we really want to obliterate entire cities and rack up many innocent civilian casualties as a result? If that's the only way to get this done once and for all, I sure as hell am glad I'm not the one responsible for making that decision. There is no perfect solution.

I hope you're right that this execution of a devout Muslim will piss off enough of them to tip the scales. The problem is this is not the first act of terror we've seen...and after one takes place, I usually hear a lot of silence from large parts of the Muslim communities around the world. I guess I need to see something tangible from our alleged allies in the ME before I believe we can count on them. The best thing they can do for now is try to feed us as much reliable intelligence as possible, then we collectively unleash pure hell on them. I don't know.

To that point, Jordanian pilot Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh was part of the U.S. coalition fighting against ISIS...not trying to win their hearts and minds. So we owe him respect and appreciation for his service and ultimate sacrifice. God can only imagine what the hell it feels like to get burned to death. I just hope it ended as quickly as possible for him.

[h=1]Muslim clerics demand 'crucifixion' of ISIS terrorists who burned Jordanian pilot to death[/h]
[h=2]Saudi cleric Salman al-Odah wrote on his Twitter account: "Burning is an abominable crime rejected by Islamic law regardless of its causes."[/h]

Muslim clerics widely condemned the burning to death of a Jordanian pilot by Islamic State, saying such a form of killing was considered despicable by Islam, no matter the context.

Islamic State militants released a video on Tuesday appearing to show captured pilot Mouath al-Kasaesbeh being burnt alive in a cage. Jordan, which has participated in a US-led military campaign to bomb Islamic State positions, responded overnight by executing two al-Qaida convicts on death row.

Egypt's top Muslim authority, the 1,000 year old Al-Azhar university revered by Sunni Muslims around the world, issued a statement expressing "deep anger over the lowly terrorist act" by what it called a "Satanic, terrorist" group.

The Grand Sheik of Al-Azhar, Ahmed al-Tayeb, said the killers themselves deserved to be "killed, crucified or to have their limbs amputated."

Saudi cleric Salman al-Odah wrote on his Twitter account: "Burning is an abominable crime rejected by Islamic law regardless of its causes."

"It is rejected whether it falls on an individual or a group or a people. Only God tortures by fire," he added.

The Islamic State posted a religious edict on Twitter, which ruled that it is permissible in Islam to burn an infidel to death.

But even clerics sympathetic to the jihadist cause said the act of burning a man alive and filming the killing would damage Islamic State, an al-Qaida offshoot which controls wide territory in Syria and Iraq, and is also known as ISIL or ISIS.

"This weakens the popularity of Islamic State because we look at Islam as a religion of mercy and tolerance. Even in the heat of battle, a prisoner of war is given good treatment," said Abu Sayaf, a Jordanian Salafist cleric also known as Mohamed al-Shalabi who spent almost ten years in Jordanian prisons for militant activity including a plot to attack US troops.

"Even if the Islamic State says Muath had bombed, and burnt and killed us and we punished him in the way he did to us, we say, OK but why film the video in this shocking way?" he told Reuters. "This method has turned society against them."

SITE, a US-based monitoring service, quoted Abdullah bin Muhammad al-Muhaysini, whom it described as a Saudi jihadi, as saying on Twitter it would have been better if Kasaesbeh's captors had swapped him for "Muslim captives." His killing would make ordinary people sympathetic to Kasaesbeh, he said.

Still, some admirers of Islamic State cheered the killing. In a Twitter message, a user called Suhaib said: "To any pilot participating in the crusader coalition against the holy warriors - know that your plane might fall in the next mission. Sleep well!"

The killing was denounced in the Arab press. The pan-Arab al-Hayat newspaper published the report on its front page under the headline "Barbarity."

Saudi Arabia's Arabic daily al-Riyadh newspaper wrote that the Islamic state had "deepened its savagery and its bloody approach" by burning Kasaesbeh.

You can call anyone whatever you want, but that doesn't change the fact that you look like an uneducated, ignorant fool. It's not about them it's about you. I'm of the opinion that those guys are animals and it's time to wipe them off them map.

[h=2]Slaughtered for their entertainment: Crowds gather to watch the barbaric murder of Jordanian pilot on giant screens on the streets of ISIS capital... and CHEER when the airman goes up in flames [/h]
article-2939529-2554F20200000578-809_964x383.jpg

A sickening video has emerged showing Islamic State supporters gathering to watch Moaz al-Kasasbeh being burnt alive on big screen in the centre of the terror group's de facto capital Raqqa. The crowd can be seen cheering and shouting religious slogans as the airman goes up in flames (right), before members of the crowd - including children (left) - are asked for their views on the atrocity.
