There is a place around me that makes a sauce called "nuclear". You have to sign a waiver before you leave so you cant sue them. They are incredible if you like really really hot wings.

a restaurant in anchorage had the same thing.

I can't be the only one craving hot wings after reading this thread.

And I can tolerate them as hot as they come.....which would explain my ulcer.

alot of hot wings here in buffalo, but the real key is for them to still be juicy, like fried chicken!!!!!
anchor bar and duffs do not have the best wings in the buffalo area.
you dont want them being cooked from frozen until done, but thawed until done.
a problem that occurs is that when your grease get used alot, then later in the day (darker grease) stays hotter, causing extra crispy wings, and thats bad.... you will notice that on every 25 cent wing day.

A man and woman face crime against nature charges after police say they engaged in a sex act in the parking lot of a Gastonia restaurant with several other people nearby.
Stephanie Kristen Belcher, 21, of 1302 East Cedar Ave., Gastonia, and Corey Matthew McMillan, 28, of 4611 Split Rail Court, Gastonia, were both booked into Gaston County Jail under $2,000 bonds Sunday.
Police say the two were engaged in a sex act at the parking area of Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant on Cox Road near the intersection with I-85.
Belcher and McMillan were both booked into jail around 1 a.m. Sunday. Belcher was released in about two hours while McMillan remained in jail until after noon Sunday, according to the Gaston County Sheriff's Office website.

Deep fry your own or order them naked +1/2 hot sauce (Franks)+3 tbs honey+2 tbs butter, shake the wings in the sauce then grill them, all the while watching so they don't burn. Shake in the sauce again and serve.
This should be enough sauce to coat 20-30 wings depending on the size.

Another variation, add 1 tbs of good Dijon mustard... or you could do Mustard, honey and butter for a honey mustard wing.

Hot garlic parm or dry rub on the grill for me. I can take the heat but what's the joy in eating something that is so hot you don't get the other flavors. Prefer hot sauces with flavor over heat any day.
