alot of hot wings here in buffalo, but the real key is for them to still be juicy, like fried chicken!!!!!
anchor bar and duffs do not have the best wings in the buffalo area.
you dont want them being cooked from frozen until done, but thawed until done.
a problem that occurs is that when your grease get used alot, then later in the day (darker grease) stays hotter, causing extra crispy wings, and thats bad.... you will notice that on every 25 cent wing day.
