just hot is fine for me, i even get mild ones sometimes, like a honey garlic or somekind of tangy this or that. But the real fire hot kind, i just don't enjoy cause they just tear up my insides after i eat them.
Plus i've never understood those places that will have like 5-10 levels of HOT, like 1-4 will be mild, then after that it is just hot, hot-hot, really Hot, hotter than really Hot, and so on and so forth.
To me, if i can't enjoy the taste and texture of the wing and the meat, then it's too damn hot for me.
Now i would still be all good for a little dare amongst friends or some good ole buddies ribbing on each other. Like if we all were to order a plate of the hottest a place had to offer and each eat just one.

i used to get them as hot as possible, but could only eat a few at a time. at some point i said to myself "why pay for something you can't eat?" i still like em hot, but not too hot you know? some places advertise hot, but there's no heat whatsoever, while some places advertise mild and they're so damn hot you can't eat em. but i do like spice.
