I had a burning sensation in my upper right arm for about 3 hours. Yes, my right arm, not my left arm. Then I had a shooting pain in my jaw. I was never in duress, no shortage of breath, no sweating, no chest pain.

I went to the emergency room and very calmly told them everything. They checked my vitals and said I'm fine. But the cardiologist on call advised I get some blood work. It came back with an elevated enzyme.

The cardiologist said since I had pain and a heart attack, I have blockage somewhere and he advised we check it out. The rest is history
