Not for nothing , He turned in one of his best seasons as a pro last year (95.7 qb rating , his 3rd best in 17 year career ) His team was 1 game from the superbowl ... (which they lost in OT at home ..) He obviously has some game left in him. And has a team he feels can compete. I'm sure if he sat around in the booth this year and in the back of his head was thinking he could still play and wanted too ... it might make him regret this decision for the rest of his life ... The man has earned the right to change his mind, in my opinion. And as a perennial fan of the NFL, I would welcome Lorenzo back with open arms ...
