I think Hank for sure dies.. Hank and Gomez are dead..

Walt spares Jesse and Todd's crew make Walt cook again in exchange for saving them. Not sure how Marie is going to take Hanks death.

If Walt dies from something other than cancer, I think there's a strong chance it could be at the hands of Marie.

hank and his partner are toast.

walt pleads with the nazis to not kill jessie

they spare jessie and make walt their cook slave.

2 DEA agents are dead... somehow the DEA gets involved

someone contacts the DEA and the confession gets into their hands

could be marie calling the DEA and skyler giving up the confession or any number of things could happen.

nazies grab brock and brocks mama, either to have a back up cook or to keep jessie from going to the DEA

this forces jessie and walt to work together

nazis try to go a bridge to far in trying to get lydia to give up her east euro dealers, thus we get a walt/jessie/lydia partnership

walt jr becomes sherlock holmes, puts everthing together. working thru Saul walt lets JR know where the cash is... somehow everyone winds up in the same place with walt armed with ricin and M-60

anyones guess as to how it could all end.

but only so many things can happen in next 2 hours, they'll need to bring it all together somehow.

i'm having flashbacks of game of thrones...but isn't a cliffhanger better if hank or even gomez got shot before the credits came on? something where the end is the climax. A great example is walt running over those drug dealers. I can't imagine they open next week with hank getting shot. because of that I have to think everyone survives this shootout (with the exception of a few nazis and maybe gomey)

with that being said, i cannot imagine a believable way for this standoff to end without blood. possibly hank and jesse being held captive?

I don't think Saul having his own series is good idea. I really like the character but doubt this can last more than 1 season. People will be expecting something as good as Breaking Bad and it will never come close to living up to expectations.

after more thought.. I'm thinking the money is not buried there... it's either dirt filled barrels or the barrels with all the dead bodies.

i think it ends with walt telling jessie where the money really is located. and walt jr breaking bad in some way.

Gilligan certainly wants us to believe Hank gets killed. Just before the shootout, there is some major foreshadowing with Hank's phone call to Marie. He calls to tell her it's over. They get all lovey dovey and she acknowledges his heroism. He says "I love you" and then .... "Goodbye" (forever?)... just before the thugs roll in with guns.

When I saw him say goodbye.. I fully expected the thugs to arrive moments later which they did. But I also expected Hank to eat it before the credits. As it is.. no way Hank or Gomez get away on their own. I think it's safe to say Gomez eats it. Hank, on the otherhand, could take some bullets, go unconscious, and then as per Walt's insistence... get dropped off (rolled out of a car?) at a hospital in a coma or some shit like that. No other way he survives that shootout.

Gilligan has done a helluva job with this script. Good stuff man.

Hank and Gomez are toasted. Todd and Co captured Jesse and Walt and forcing them to cook meth.
Walt resisted to it, Todd uncle went after his family and grill them all. Walt somehow managed to escape and going back for a revenge.

Final show down is Walt vs Todd and his uncle. Walt kill all of them and then kill himself (or dying from the wounds because of the shooting).

Jesse, his GF, and the boy live happily ever after.

To anyone thinking Walt is working with Jessee or doesn't have the money burried there- why would he be so panicked before Hank/Jessie/Gomez got there? And try to run? Their was no one their for him to fake it like he was nervous. Just my 2 cents

Wow, gripping episode.

How Walt walks away from all this then can show up at his old house is beyond me.

I really thought some how he would save Jessie but telling them he was under the car and about to let them shoot him...not what I expected either. Maybe he breaks him out, gets his money back and gives Jessie a barrel.

Ghost? How is me asking you why you thought it was a real downer ruining the forum? I thought the episode was anything but "a real downer".
