And actually, at least back in 2008, 70% of offenders in this country were white or hispanic. Murder were almost identical numbers (about 5300 each or so). Now, if you want to talk about who's incarcerated, I'm sure you'd have favorable statistics.

of those 1,320,000 offenses, say half are committed by blacks, which isn't legit, but we'll go with it. 660,000 violent crimes committed by blacks in 2010. black population is what, 40 million? 1.5 percent of black people committed a violent crime according to those numbers in 2009. 1.5 percent is not an epidemic, you watch too much tv.
