i bought a vonage line for the inlaws. they hooked it up in CR and use it at thier "states" home phone.

i would suggest vonage to anyone that was looking for a cheaper way to call the US from CR.

Anyone can activate a MagicJack here in CR. You can use any address that you want. For example you can use 123 Main St. Doral Flordia 33122. You just need the the correct zip to match the city. Then MagicJack will give you the area code and number. I sold a tone of these and never had a problem with activation. No Credt card is required. And these is never a problem with a ISP address
