Not cause he grew his hair long, but more because he had far too many female tendancies at the time. He is just not the kind of guy id like to have a beer with, its that simple

Football is a team game, not like golf or tennis where championships are the ultimate measure of your play. Can't make an argument that Brady is better than Peyton on SB rings alone, otherwise by that logic you'd be saying Eli is better than Peyton? Not by a LONG shot. Then there's Bradshaw who has 4 rings but is a complete dumbass who stood behind the steel curtain to get his rings.

Both Peyton and Brady will be in the argument for best QB of all time -- a lot will depend on what each does in the remainder of their career. I'd argue Peyton only has maybe 2yrs left at 36 with that neck injury.

How he adjust at the line. How he controls the offense. This guys football IQ is through the roof. He manages every play and every position on his side of the ball. And you really believe Brady could do what Manning does?

That's why I can never let this argument go. I believe Manning is the greatest QB to ever play the game for these reasons.

I agree. Most of these guys that argue Brady is better have barely watched Colts games. How he carries teams and was basically the coach on those teams, on offense at least. How he hid the deficiency on defense with methodical time killing game winning 2 minute drives. Always the cerebral QB.

Brady always had the way better coach, Gronk, cheating, great defenses in the past, tuck rule lol.

For God's sakes Garrapolo and Matt Cassel kicked ass when they took over on those Pats teams. Peyton went down and I think they won 1 or 0 games that season?

These guys act as if Brady has always been the whole team. The Patriots and coach Bill, yes give them credit but Brady? Nah.

Most of these guys probably haven't even seen more than a handful of Peyton's games. lol.

Anyways a ton of Patriots fans on this site so don't bother teaching them. I've tried to help them but they are stubborn and that's ok. It's sports. This is a sports forum. We talk sports.

It's not over cause you say it. Just like Lebron fans, Brady lovers are living in the moment. Dust settles and real sports fans who know the game and sport will understand that he was just a really good qb that played on great Patriots teams with a great coach.
