We used to go to Chi Chi's quite often and the food was always good. But about a year ago we went in and the food was horrible bun hard as a rock meat not cooked fries were gross. They cooked new burgers still not good. Anyway haven't been back since. But if you guys say it is good maybe i'll give it another go.

I doubt you have ever been to our place. Thats all. Your not a customer. Most people would introduce themselves by their forum name, like NES, VD, The Judge, Waynegotano, halfdaysober, thegodfather, and the list goes on. Then again they dont start threads on here that they should be ashamed of.
The ironic thing is, when Steve said that i'm one of those 'cheap bastards who order one beer and sit there all day asking for ice', he alienated about 90% of his customers. I have better things to do than sit in some shithole all day watching fuzzy tube tvs on ackward angles. Yes, I've been to TOT a number of times and the food in the past was great. Lately its gone hill big time, along with the service. The meat has the same texture as my flip flops and the pasta salad is a mushy mess. If Steve simply addressed my complaints instead of telling me to shove them up my ass, we wouldnt be discussing this still.
I would kill myself before ever using a forum name to introduce myself. Particularly if my forum name was 'VD' (no offence to VD, its just a funny ackronym to go by in public).
How about you give me some TOT trivia? Ask me a question that only somebody who frequents (or has frequented) the establishment would know.

Sorry you feel that way. I thought I just gave him what he had coming. I didn't know people were so thin skinned down here. Attitude is one of the things that go on in a neighborhood bar in the NY area. If he was a customer for as long as he said then he would have known about our going on three year 10k minimum to Santa Ana.
I've never ordered delivery asshole, so I don't know where you are getting this. My complaints are about the food and service, lets get that straight.

Yeah, actually John is an old friend of mine and I would never want to hurt him or his spot, but on occasions and like anywhere actually, the food may not meet your expectations. I only eat the chicken which i think is very good. Overall Chi Chi's is a nice place to eat and have a drink. The dish is killer and its nice when the owner understands being a dick is bad for business.
I also like the TOT because I enjoy eating with people in the biz and I think one dish in particular is stellar. I will try Brad's, but I have given up on Rock and Roll Pollo which has became horrible. In fact, Henry's is shit and sadly The Pub has gone wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy down hill since the aliens from Cali took over.
In a nut shell, I think its good we have multiple spots to complain about because variety is important for a place like Costa Rica.

Hey ***, I've never ordered delivery from TOT. What are you talking about? As far as Brads goes, I have some complaints about there as well, however the owner himself has done his best to address them all. Steve just tells me to go fuck myself. So STFU.
If you didn't get delivery than why did you complain about the minimum charge?
