0.5* Arizona State Sun Devils -9.5 -110

A little night action, playing this very small to have something on the game tonight....really nothing more. My numbers have ASU as a 14 pt favorite, so there is value....plus they are at home, with better QB play so I am going to ride them here strictly for some night action. UCLA has always been a diff team on the road and that hasnt changed much this year under Neuheisel.

Sun Devils are the type of team that when they are hot, you stick with them.

Sun Devils are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games following a SU win of more than 20 points.

Last two games have done that despite it being against horrendous competition.

Still, I like that they have some confidence on offense right now, I like that they are at home here to help out their defense against the poor QB play of UCLA.

2* Miami Hurricanes -1.5 -110

Tough game for Miami last week. That just wasnt a good spot for them and they arent experienced enough to win those types of games. But this one is a winnable game and NC State has been playing very good football lately but that stops here vs. an angry UM team. NC State is off a big blowout win over in-state rival UNC, a little let down spot here and NC State is out-talented in this game and Miami's defense is too fast. Randy Shannon will get back to UM ball here, running the ball with his 2 horses, and playing outstanding defense. Too much for NC State.

When going against a team like Mizzou, you gotta have a few things in place:

1. Coach that takes pride in his defense....check.
2. QB that can go score for score....check.
3. Lack of motivation by Tigers.....check.
4. Getting a boatload of points....check.
5. Quality team that hasnt had a great season and can salvage it with a win here....check.

Kansas isnt some doormat. They have a quality QB, they can put up points, and I think it would mean a little something to them to win this game. Mizzou still playing for the Big 12 championship whether they win or lose....

As a Mizzou fan, I have to say.....I agree with your logic. That score would be fine by me...

1* Texas Tech Red Raiders -22.5 -110

This is Texas Tech's best team ever, and they ran into the perfect storm vs. Oklahoma. While putting pressure on any QB in a system like Harrell is paramount, Baylor is #85 in the country averaging just 1.5 sacks per game. They dont have the athletes to match up with the Tech receivers, and they wont get enough pressure to make Harrell do anything stupid.

Tech has historically done well after big losses. AND after losses in general. The Red Raiders are 38-13 ATS in their last 51 games following a S.U. loss. That is outstanding.

Tech is at home, they can still make the national title game with help, a BCS Bowl is well within reach, all is not lost for them.

2* Alabama Crimson Tide -14 -120

Bama hasnt beaten Auburn in like 10 years. Saban has obviously not defeated Auburn as Bama head coach. Saban is not the type of coach to want to back into the SEC Title Game. He wants to attack, attack attack and come in firing on all cylinders. Bama fans want this one bad, and Saban knows it.

Alabama is one of the toughest home fields in college football during the 3:30pm games, IMO. They dont need a night game to get fired up, and they should roll here. We have seen Bama come out fired up vs. Clemson, fired up vs. Georgia, and they put on clinics. I think we see Bama come out fired up today and manhandle Auburn on both sides of the ball.

Auburn is poo this year and Alabama is being underrated by far too many people. Auburn has always been vulnerable right up the gut, and they will see plenty of Andre Smith clearing out giant holes today and a swarming, physical Bama defense.

I have really looked into this UF/FSU game, and I think FSU covers.

Florida has played 1 bowl eligible team on the road this year and that was Vandy. This is probably the toughest GAME the Gators will play to date and they have nothing to gain and everything to lose.

Gators are very healthy, Meyer loves covering against his rivals, etc and he may feel he still needs style points and that is the only thing that would stop me from playing FSU. FSU also doesnt have a senior-laden team that wants their last hurrah and has the experience to get it done. So thats another problem for the Noles. But....

Gators have had 1 game this year where they were tested and that was Ole Miss. Since then, they have shredded through teams in one of the premiere conferences in CFB. But Ark, LSU, Vandy, South Car, are all very very very average teams.

FSU is not a good team, but they are above average and I think they want this game more than the Gators do. FSU RB Smith will test the Gators D-Line, arguably the weak link of the Gators. If you can run on FL, and wear down that D, punch them in the mouth, go right at that speed, and shorten the game and have your home crowd help slow down this offense you have a chance.

Bama might be able to do that better than anyone in the country with their trenches.

16 points is a lot, and if I was going to bet the game, if I could get 17 points, I would pull the trigger.

2* Oklahoma State Cowboys +9 -110

May add an additional unit or two if I can get this at 10 by gametime.

Oklahoma on National TV put together the perfect storm and played above and beyond their ability vs. a Tech team that relied so much on their passing game, it was easy for Oklahoma to pin their ears back and get pressure on Harrell who wasnt pressured all year.

Oklahoma much better in Norman and looked unbeatable at home. That is not the case.

Oklahoma is a very strong football team, but this is a very tough spot. Even Bob Stoops is tired, that guy was jumping on the sidelines like a maniac last week. Natural let down spot, I dont care what is at stake. Oklahoma went hard for 60 mins.

Big emotional home win, now travels on the road to an OK ST team off a bye week and ready to rock. Home night game. OK ST balanced offense. No more pinning the ears back for OU.

OK ST 6-0 ATS at home. OU 1-4ATS last 5 meetings at OK ST. OKST is unbeaten at home.

Zac Robinson is not dumb with the football. Good decision maker, completes a lot of passes, very efficient keeps the chains moving. Keep your eye on Kendall Hunter, this kid is a stud. Dez Bryant gets no love on the outside. OK ST is a very good team and they match up well with the Texas' and OU's of the world.

Public on Oklahoma hard thinking they are unbeatable. Here we go....
