I think Torre is losing it: last night he gets run arguing a (admittedly bad) call when he's up 9-3 late in the game, then he has nobody warming up with this POS Proctor on the mound, who: a) just got shelled last weekend b) was the beanballer from last night and both sides were warned, meaning the inside half of the plate is off limits and c) was pitching like shit yet again. Strange...

He's already lost it...and should have lost his job ages ago....which proves to me that George must also be out of his friggin mind as well...

Ahhh, this is sweeeeeet. 2 errors by "Gold Glove winner" Jeter in the inning, and the floodglates are open.......

proctor isn't the problem? then how did the bases get loaded in the first place?

The inning would have been over with 1-2 runs in had Abreu played the 1-out fly properly, and had jeter not messed up twice on infield ground balls

And so it goes......

Mccarver was right on with his comments...Yanks blow a 5-3 lead and a 6-5 lead...Proctor is worthless, contributes nothing but runs for the other team. He rattles too easily, like a little leaguer. No excueses. Abreu is as heartless as they come.

Oh, and, almost lost in all of this is the fact that Scumboy has ALREADY gone on the DL, before he even gets on the team! Who does he think he is, J.D. Drew?:missingte But, he'll just collect is 5.5 mill per month, pat his ample belly, and take it easy...:dancefool :puppy:
