BoSox04 2020 MLB Season Thread

Adding:
Dodgers -1.5 (-150), 2 units- I like the play, but don't love the price. I don't love laying -150 on the runline which is why I am just taking it for my standard amount. Arizona is completely out of the playoff race while the Dodgers are a buzzsaw. LA has plenty of experience facing Bumgarner while the D-Backs have one at bat against May. Not all of the Dodgers have had success against Bumgarner, but he is not himself. 0-4 with an ERA over 8. He, like the team he is on, is a mess and the Dodgers should exploit that tonight.

Athletics ML (-170), 3 units- I don't love the line being so high, but I think there is some sneaky motivation here. Oakland has lost a couple in a row, you don't want to get swept in a doubleheader, especially by a bad team, and Minor really needs to have a good outing. This is not an imposing lineup for him as everyone except Seager has faced him five times or less with three players never facing him before. Meanwhile this looks like a bullpen game for Seattle who is starting a below average pitcher with more below average pitchers likely to follow. Like I said, I don't like laying this much juice, but I still see value here and am going to jump on.
The above play is for Game 2.

Dodgers/Padres over 9 (-115), 3 units- I have had the correct side the last two nights betting on this series. This afternoon's game is a toss up in my eyes while I see value on the total. The Dodgers have only scored 5 runs combined in the first two games of the series and I look for them to break out a bit today. This game is important to both teams especially the Padres as they are three games back in the loss column. Both of today's starters are young arms with a bright future, but they are facing two good lineups who I expect to find success in this game.
