If they pay everyone, reorganize, and tell the DOJ to shove it, that would be awesome.

If they pay everyone don't think for a second that they won't be back taking bets from US soil. It's tough to take bets from US soil when all your clients want a withdrawal, but trust me if they pay everyone and then reopen shop, people will post back up. If you pay while getting reamed in the ass....

It very unlikely they reached a deal with the DOJ - what deal - hey we'll pay people what we owe??? It is much more likely they got some money back from some credit card processors and will continue to do so for about 180 days. That money may run out so I would hurry my ass up to get in line. If they offered a check, I would beg for a bank wire. If one guy says no, I'd call back and try again. Can't hurt.... If they are gonna pay anyone, the ones who keep calling have a much better chance than the others.
