I opened a 500 account with bookmaker because of their decent lines, interbook transfers and purportedly quick payouts. after my balance dropped to 0, I got a call from them looking to reload my account, which I haven't done as of yet. I think I will wait to see how this turns out.

As an update I received an e-mail 2 days ago saying they would review the tapes and get back to me soon.
Haven't heard anything since.
Made some more deposits to this book (yes, believe it or not) and had to fight everytime today to get their advertised bonus to which I am clearly eligible.
I am eligible for the bonuses again because I have redeposited over the $2000 amount I had previously withdrawn.
They have a promotion where they offer 20% bonus on friday. Made a deposit this morning ($300) and am told that that 20% Friday promotion ended dec 31st and I can only get a 10%. Fine. Later I see on the site they still have the 20% bonus offer clearly promoted on the front page.
I call up and they say they reinstituted the firday 20% early this afternoon because they received complaints. I can get 20% on additional fridays deposits but my morning deposit will not be changed from the 10%. So, aside from being placed on hold 5 different times today, and enjoying very curt customer service they also beat me out of $30 which I was entitled to following their rules, their promises and their pormotion.
I'll play out what little I have left at this place and happily move on.
It was like getting blood from a stone the past few days with this place. Their operators were very abrupt and not interested at all in hearing my side of things.
I guess they'll eventually reap what they sew.
I never heard back from anthony or pablo or anyone whi purported to be looking into this. A follow up e-mail in any case would have been appreciated.
It is not the way to run a professional shop. I have been very frustrated with their attitude and can not recommend this book.

I think losing 20K with no withdrawals tells me a little about you. And if you think we should believe you've been winning at other books but just not this one is ludicrous. I'm not being unkind at all; you should listen to my advice or you'll just keep pissing your money away. And yes being down 20K with no withdrawals does tell us you're incompetent. I'm just saying maybe you should find another hobby or tail a better player here because there are plenty of them.

Partner, believe me I'm not kicking you when you're down but by you saying that it says to me you're kind of disgusted by losing that money. Saying you are not good at gambling is not unkind but the absolute truth and I'm almost certain you may somewhat agree with me. Just tail a good capper on here for a year or so and see how you do. There are very good cappers in all the sports forums. And thank you for wishing me luck yesterday, it was a good day.
