they seemed to have taken out the ach option completely off. I wonder how long it takes to receive checks from there now. I'm starting to get nervous.

now i'm pissed off.
on another gambling forum website, i see that someone requested
an ACH payout from bookmaker on nov 29th. the money was taken out of that person's account on tuesday dec 2nd and the person got the money in their bank account on tues dec 9th.

also on that website forum, another person requested ACH payout on nov 20th
and got the money on nov 25th.

I requested my withdrawl on nov 17th. money was taken out of my account on nov 18th and nothing has gone to my bank account. and the above persons request was only 200 dollars less than my request.

I called them today and they said people who requested the money before I did haven't got it either.

So, the people who requested the money later get it, while those who requested it before don't get it.

i asked the supervisor to cancel my payout and put the funds back into my account. they said they would do so in a few minutes. lets see if they will do that at least

at least this ACH fiasco is done with.
i think i'll stick to fucking fedex checks from now on

Probably best for me to update my own thread. I did receive my payout. Although I wasn't happy with the length of time it took, the service was honest about the challenges and I understand.

My recommendation to anyone waiting on a payout is to just keep in touch (in a calm manner) with the payout department and talk to them about options you have. As we all know, things have changed with deposits/withdraws and they are adapting what appears to be very frequently.
