You are correct by what he has explained to me/us in the past. Just as it says in his signature footer... what he lists as a 'need' is based on the action of other players. Keep an eye on 'MONSTERS' and 'SUPER MONSTERS'.

He is getting action on other side so he is posting what he needs to make $. These aren't his bets but the opposite of what his people are betting. So under the theory of the public being wrong a majority of the time following his needs should make you money.
