In the past I would have agreed with you. But guys who hang bad lines always lose. Unless he has 30 guys at the post office betting with him he's writing all one-sided action. You're going to beat him but eventually he's going to stiff everyone. So when he gets you for 10K why have the need to lose that to someone else. Just bet the poor numbers until he pulls up. Then you can find him at the racetrack any Friday or Saturday night. But he'll probably just shrug his shoulders at you because he owes everybody.
