I figure you may be one of the only people who could really answer this with any knowledge and legitimacy. But how do the guys get into your business? not directing, but actual acting. are there casting calls? is it through connections? qualifications needed? i'm guessing someone has already asked you this on the forum but I've missed it. not that I am seeking the career (although it is one of the best jobs out there)...just curious and figured you would know the answer.

the best way is if you know someone. But if you dont you would contact an agent like www.ladirectmodels.com or www.goldstarmodeling.com Or just google adult porn star agents.
Send them your info and go from there.
I can tell you this, It isnt as easy as guys think. Imagine fucking for 2 hours in a room full of people with a girl you dont know and is a bitch. You may also like her to much and pop to early. Or not be able to pop at all.

Take all that into consideration.

thanks for the answer. Didn't think it was all that easy and not seeking entry into the career, I was just curious....don't know anyone else personally who would know.
