Look, I don’t want any drama, but I don’t want any mystery either.<o></o>
<o></o>
I am taking a week or so off from baseball. I have been in a serious-ass slump for about a week now. Neither my ego, nor my book account can take it any longer. Sure, I’m giving back house money at this point in the season, but it feels like mine. And I am not happy.<o></o>
<o></o>
While I can actually comprehend the Brad Penny melt down (he was over-due) versus LAA, I am having a hard time swallowing MIL getting crushed at home with Cap on the mound versus some dude named “Boof” Bonser.<o></o>
<o></o>
Any way, no drama…no mystery….I am taking a week off. No personal plays, no service play reposts, no spreadsheet updates. The most you might see is the occasional “best bet” play from me on Goodcall’s / McCabe’s thread (but if I was smart I’d leave that alone too now that I’ve dropped 3 or my last 4 over there).<o></o>
<o></o>
But don’t worry, I will continue to track and record the service plays (at my leisure). And all of the currently tracked service plays will indeed be accounted for and the W~L records will be accurate when I return. I just really, really need to walk away for a short bit.<o></o>
<o></o>
You guys know where to find the service plays during the meantime. Visit Bookie Buster’s Hoops thread to get them straight from the source. Refer back to the most recent spreadsheets on this thread if you need to in the meantime.
I will be back soon and resume the same daily routine until the Hoops season is completely over and Bookie Buster begins posting the service plays here in the bases forum.<o
