Would like to echo some comments made earlier, and expand some -

So far, what I choose to focus on, are the people who immediately after seeing the explosions didn't turn and run - but instead ran towards the blasts, hoping to help the injured. No ill-will meant towards those who ran, that's not what this is about. However many people are responsible for this, they are a distinct minority to those who made the choice to help - and I believe those numbers can be expanded on... In that however many people on earth who want to perpetrate similar acts, there are countless more who work preventing such atrocities, and countless civilians who will step up when needed if something is to occur.

you're misunderstanding that tweet. they did a controlled explosion of a device that had not yet exploded. not a totally unrelated controlled explosion like you're been insinuating.

There was no bomb drill. The "controlled explosion" was getting rid of a suspicious package after the original two explosions.
