Here is something to put in your pipe Laker...

You, I and 99% of the people that read these sites are nobodies. A drop in the proverbial bucket. I have said it before, if everyone here and at MW all stopped playing with BoDog it wouldn't make a dent in their bottomline.

Don't believe me. Here is something to consider. I know probably 10 of the worst compulsive, degenerate gamblers you have ever run across. They range from 19 to probably close to 70 years old. I guarantee not one of them has ever been to this site or MW. Never even heard of either one. But what do they know? Bet On Sports. Because it's on the radio. These are the guys that will wear the free golf shirt I gave them but won't even look at my site before they piss their check away on the friday night games. And these are people that know what I do for a living.

You, me and everyone else here is the minority. What you think about BoDog doesn't matter, because they are in this business to make money not pacify posting babies. You don't like BoDog, fine, don't play there. But don't make your opinion based on what you read here that is posted by those out to get BoDog and others like them.

The people here aren't un-biased observers looking out for the common good of all gamblers. 99.9% of people here are wolves in sheeps clothing. The other .1% are the naive, all the ghosts, shills and agenda driven are trying to dupe. The sooner everyone realizes that the better off we all will be.

And please, all of you can save the internet tough guy rebuttles. If you guys really wanna talk tuff how about we give the Shrink the go ahead to start pulling IP's and posting them. Then maybe we will see who's really who on this board. I have no problem letting everyone know where I am posting from. Can all of you that responded to this topic say the same thing?

Jazz - I think Lazy is one of those ghosts who tries to pretend to be an RX suck up but is actually one of those kids trying to incite folks. When I am done here I will find out who it is. Anyway no one is trying to tell you what book has the most value for you, players can do that on their own. What needs to be stressed though is that the book is stable financially. They were under attack when they left an unnamed site (notice a pattern here?) so that is what has been attempted to be addressed.

For the record I saw absolutely no agenda from you other than you stating your opinion. You didn't pretend to know more than you did, just offered up what you saw. Not a thing wrong with that. Carry on.

I suppose I must be a wolf but I've never worn a sheepskin in my life, they're simply not strong enough for the load.

I shit you not. They are a must have book for me righ now.

They put out a late vanilla line but they actually move it on their own weight, not just to move with DB. I get a good line right before gametime, hlves and 100% free juice.

but yeah if you only want one book and you are looking at off the board and circled games you might get irritated but you learn..

I agree, he's been posting similar comments on other threads. Always belittleing players vs. books. Started on the BHB threads.

Cash - Your post makes sense in so far as the question is does Bodog need forum players. Ok, they don't, don't disagree. But what does them having so many players have to do with were truth is. So 99% of the players no nothing about the background of the owners, what does that have to do with the truth about the situation. Are you saying that the experience of 99% of players who know nothing about the owners can tell us about the owners history. They can tell the story of payouts and customer service. BUT I don't deny that those are good at Bodog. I myself have said they are good.

My contention is that a thief can do everything right when money is rolling in, it is if they should lose that you don't want someone like that making payment decision.

Your contention could be that the way Bodog is setup they can not lose money. I hope so. Still doesn't mean that I am going to preferer Bodog over other books with similar offering but owners who don't have a fraud history.

Lots of books have positive images here despite all the "haters" as you would put it. WSEX, OLY, PIN, GRANDE, etc.

Finally, I don't know if you are implying that I am posting from another book, but just to be clear I am not. While I do believe that you take ad money from Bodog. Doesn't mean your arguments aren't sound, but lets just be clear on appearence of bias since you are bring it up.

I thought it was kinda funny that when Sports-gambling offered 10x match everyone jumped on it to feel better about the BM hit( I shuldne say everyone) when Bodog has 10% for every time you bet through your deposit which has always been there.

Alotta meaningless and unquanitifiable blather being tossed about concerning this train wreck of late, sure hope it isn't a propoganda campaign to lay it off onto some sucker at a grossly inflated price.

Nice Cole Norman fantasy bullshit on the homepage and the nice shill job by the reality sycophant fan club about his season.

Yea lotsa value there Judge? Send me some of the smoke.

Neither of which are any more credible than a three dollar bill.

All to serve what purpose?

Laker,

I am not suggesting you are personally. Sorry if it came out directed at you specifically. But there are some in this thread and I know who they are.

The invitation is still open for that person to speak up and be given access to the BoDog facilities. They would be happy to meet him at the elevator so he can take a look inside and see what is really going on a few floors away. I have also been told that in addition to the grand tour he is also welcome to have a look at Coles Certified Police Record check from his residency application documents to show there is no criminal record of any sort.

If he isn't interested in all that then maybe he should stop typing about things he knows nothing about and go back to work for his employer.

Bottomline on this issue before I step away is that without question BoDog is one of the strongest books out there, period. How strong? How about $170,000,000 in sports and casino handle last month? Any other book putting up these kinda numbers and there is a line around the block with these posters trying to give them a reach around. Bout time to give BoDog the respect it deserves and put all these shills, ghosts and jealous competitors to bed.

Finally, I will be going back to CR in May or June of 2004. Anyone who posts here (or across the street for that matter) is welcome to meet me there and accompany me to the BoDog offices. They are happy to open their doors to anyone that may want to have a look who is still a doubter.

"How about $170,000,000 in sports and casino handle last month? "

That sounds high considering WWTS did about $562 million for all of 2002, WSEX did 200,000,000 for all of 2001 and the sportingbet group (including sportsbook.com and all the other books under their umbrella) did just under a billion in 2002.

I know its football season and handle would be higher than normal but that sounds wrong.

No way bodog is bigger than WWTS or sportingbet.

Call me crazy, but I would guess that Bodog is one of the biggest if not THE biggest. They have been commercially campaigning for some time now.
