I think its nuts - they dont track your preferences - no friggin way, not on an individual level anyway.

Well documented my ass - people have made claims about the "live lines" service which I have been skeptical about since the beginning, but noone has proven that they show a different line then when you log in you get shafted...

and to be more specific - the live lines thing provides lines that are given to them with some delay...

so if the line fluctuates then its basically a worthless service because any delay whatsoever throws it all off.

tried checking the lines without logging in and then logged into my bodog account. the lines were the same. maybe they don't have any cookies for me yet. that must be good. maybe they can't figure out my betting pattern. which means i can continue to win some kala...yeppie!!!!

they probably log your IP address, not hand out cookies.

change your ip address to see if it helps

I'm speaking from experience on the two lines. I have a nephiew that has an account there-and I had him check this in the past and we had different lines.
As far as the RX live lines, it is delayed atleast a minute or so for most books. Sometimes it is not updated. I know Hollywood seems to be the worst and updating. The may have an hour old line out there at times. I'm not sure exactly all the parameters on that. You can only use the live lines to get an idea of where things are but as fas as 100% accuracy it never will be if lines are moving.

Jaypaw, do not know why you do not want to listen to several posters about BoDog dealing different lines but it is true. they flag players.

I have nothing to gain by this, it is merely the truth.

Let alone the Monday night game and tonights, the Thursday night game has given me a line of +2.5 all day, while Live Lines has shown +3 -115. I had a buddy log in and he got the +3 -115. I deleted all of my cookies on my PC and got +3 -115. However, when I logged in on my account I was given +2.5.

Believe it or not, it is true.

We can settle this by both looking at lines while simultaneoulsy looking at the line tomorrow. Like I said, no rant, no conspiracy, just the facts.

Thanks Mosi, this proves what I have already
suspected. I assumed they were doing with the
IP address. Let me explain something that not
many are aware of. Paradise Poker puts a hidden
file on your computer. If you are barred from
Paradise for any reason. You will never be able
to log into Paradise again from that computer.
It doesn't matter if you have different ISP's
or try to log in using a friends account. The
only way that computer can ever log into Paradise again is by deleting Windows and reinstalling.

The reason I am using Paradise as an example is
Bodog probably uses the same hidden file program. Bodog will always know which computer
is viewing it's site. I'll bet though I can't
confirm that if you try to access Bodog using
a strangers account on your computer that Bodog
will still still give you the biased lines.

Here's what I notice. When Bodog has an offline
that other books don't have on Livelines. You
will never be able to get that number. This has
happened way too many times for line service to
be behind. As I have stated before for hours
you will see one line on the line services like
Vegas Insider, Fastodds and Prescription and you will not be able to see that number at BoDogs.
