Update: The General and I have been in touch with BML today. Jay is going to call me tomorrow. They think that this is a simple misunderstanding and that we will work it out. If so, I will let everybody know.

I really hope you see your money. I hate to sound like a worthless idealist, but I cannot tell you how it irks me when someone gets stiffed. The most despicable thing that one can do is go back on their word. I really hope you can recover all your funds. good luck.
