He is literally worth a bil dollars... and he's in his 60s...
This is a rediculous crime, of which senators/Congress commit EVERY DAM DAY..

They don't deport child rapists..(Polansky). why would they bother with white collar crime?

Well there you go. He wasn't a politician so he didn't have the license to commit these crimes.

He'll have plenty of time to watch Game of Thrones now.

Forget the crime, he deserves to be in jail for being so sloppy. He was just buying huge chunks of 1 stock and always dumping it at opportune times with no other history of trading the stock. Way too transparent.

When your insulting regulators intelligence like that is when they want to bust you the most.

This is a ridiculous crime, of which senators/Congress commit EVERY DAM DAY..

Wouldn't he be doing his time in "The Country Club"? One of those "Kush" Fed Pens from which he'd still be able to Get Down on Wagers? With ample Computers in his cell, so he could do his research?

"Worth a Billion $$$" maybe, on paper but so much of that Not Liquid, not "Cash" he can get his hands on. Golf Courses, Car Dealerships etc. all of these contribute to that Worth. How much can he get his hands on?

Plus if he Runs and gets nabbed before getting to that Non-Extradicting Nation then he's really in deep doo-doo.

If he does make it that approach only equals: On The Run Hunted for the rest of his life. Having to Live In Fear....of some Lowlife grabbing him (or even family member) so as to collect a Reward for his Capture.

If "The Country Club" prison route is gonna be Billy's (if such easy time prisons actually even exist, certainly they do for Politicians & their friends): May Be just best he does his time.

I am surprised by 5 Years. I expected half that, of 3 at the very worst. Sounds like he got a "Hanging Judge".
