Peyton Manning is by FAR the greatest quarterback to have ever lived. It isn't even remotley debateable. He has redefined the quarterback position.

You must be too young of a guy to remember Joe Montana.

The only knock on Brady is getting to play three shitty teams every year in his division. Those were almost six guaranteed wins every year. Brady however played much better when it counted though.

Yeah I definitely have legitimate questions if Brady would be successful playing with superior talent in climate controlled conditions 10/16 games a year.

Montana is the 2nd best QB of all time. If he played in this era he may have been the best
QBs now days have more control over the game than ever. Hard to compare

But you cannot on any level compare guys from 60s-80s who got hit to hell by defensive players with cheap shots. Knowing they would take a bearting when they dropped back was a different game Even when they got rid of the ball on time they got suckered. Had defensive players draped all over their receivers by grabbing all over them. Rules are way too different to compare
But I would take Montana over Manning all the time
And since Brady and Manning played in the same era it is an even easier pick to take Brady

How many great Qbs even changed teams and were bad? None? Not in the current era I would think
