best thing I ever did was get off the pain pills several months after surgery

Hopefully your surgery was successful. They are going to fuse C5 C6 and C7. Can't wait to be pain free. I hear you about the pain meds.

had neck surgery on c456 last week on Wed to fix compressed spine with bone graft, fusion, etc...
do what doc says.. i tried to come back to soon and coached my sons football game tuesday night.. mistake.. paid for it wednesday and thursday
