"meatless" philly cheesesteaks for dinner tonight, lets see how that goes.

getting on the scale monday, had a few minor slips, but right back on the train

I have been eating fairly well, slipping up on weekends. I have cut drinking way back.

As soon as I get my second store staffed I will start hitting the gym. Right now, all I do is run from shop to shop. Althought I get plenty of excercise that is not the cardio I am looking for.

229lbs now, just about 10lbs gone, 10 more to go

threads a real good idea no doubt keeps you motivated

well done with the reasonable goal too. To many people out there want to drop 20 pounds in one month or 15 in 2 weeks or something along those lines. Its insanely unhealthy and the majority of the time they are losing water weiight/lean body mass as opposed to body fat. The body fat they do lose as soon as they stop the suicidal dieting tactics just comes right back 95% of the time

Any update BB, hope you get to 215. If not get back with your plan, it is working well, good results so far.

Holding 223-226, got a 4 mile mini run coming up the end of the month.....trying like hell now to hit that 215 by then

hang in there bigbet!!....are you in pretty good joggin shape? i will be in about another month,hehehe......walkin and joggin are apples and oranges..buuut,i got bored walkin.....'keep the continue'

Yea, i can jog with no problem, don't do it, but i can. i have a partially torn ACL, so try not to make running a habit. eliptical for me
