Why was my post erased/removed in which I stated my opinion that I believed that bigbookie left not due to bashing but rather because he was asked by posters myself included, to post a record. He replied that he didnt keep records. I stated winning cappers have no problem posting records the losing ones do. I further stated that he was probably run off by the following that you, Wil posted :

"...Another solution you may want to consider is posting in The Rx.com Tracker Forum where by rule only the thread starter can post in his own thread. You do have to keep your own record according to very easy to follow rules".

I said that you inadvertently exposed him by directing him to post his record and off he went, hiding behind a veil of being bashed off the site.

The posters have an unwritten code of honor here that should be respected. Yes there are a few others that post here and don't keep a running record, but they dont get the views that BB was getting. People just asked for confirmation of his legitamacy. He left.

I'd welcome him back, as long as he kept a record.

whats really crazy is the fact that alot of you actually believe the guy is a big bookie? Why because he told you that and he knows the bookie lingo, so that makes him a bookie. Man alot of you will just believe anything anybody tells you on the net.

I will say it again, you cant make money just playing the sides a book needs, you will not make money long term doing this. If you want to make money playing the sides a book needs, then become a book yourself. I cant believe alot of you dont understand the math and reasons why you cant just blindly play all the games he posts and hope to make money.
Here i will give you another reason, besides the juice advantage that he collects which you all dont get to collect is the fact that some of his games probably have more money then others, so he might go 2-3 one night and win money because one of the sides he won had more money on it, but all you followers lose because you went 2-3.
I used to work for a bookie for many years and the only true way to win with this type of info, is to see it first hand, where you can learn to spot the mushes who lose every single week. Those are the guys you want to be betting against, and not just the overall what the book needs. Lots of patterns develop that you can use to help you win. Like i said if you truly want to win with bookie info, just become a bookie and you should make a nice living doing it.

P.S. i know one thing, in my 30 years of gambling i have never met a bookie who would be wasting his time on the internet posting games. These guys all would stay away from places like this like it was the plague. they just wouldnt take a chance exposing themselves on the internet, because truth is the internet is not as anonymous as you all think it is. This guy goes around claiming hes a big bookie, you think the feds dont browse the net or get tips, think again boys. Next thing you know the feds say hey this guy is claiming to be a big bookie, lets follow the trail. You see what am getting at, a real bookie would never take a risk like this in a million years. Like Prodigy said, these games are just his own games he likes, saying hes a bookie just gets the guy more attention and views.

Alot of the information about bookies on here is just plain wrong,very wrong.for those of us old timers who have been wagering for 20 years or longer,before the age of online books, most likely used locals for all their action an many of us still do for certain things.

I played poker with bookie in my neighborhood growing up in baltimore and actually used to work real estate with a guy who ran numbers at the tracks and wrote for a book and I can tell you that alot of this is nonsense being written is by people with very little knowledge about bookies and what they do,or at least a very narrow idea of what a bookie is.

1,first off,the notion that a bookie would be scared to post online because of the feds is so far past the point of being ridiculous it defies imagination.The whole idea the feds are monitoring the supposed big wagering on the rx and some of these clowns is just plain silly.newlywed would be in prison a long time ago for all the millions he has won

2.the idea that bookies don't know what they need until tip-off or kick -off of is ridiculous as well.no bookie is the same.my bookie wouldn't even answer the phone half the time in my 15 years of wagering with him unless it was certain hours.you got in touch with him,he didnt call you and he could have cared less about last minute action.he had a regular job and did this to make extra money.I wish my local would have had his phone on every night before a game ,but the fat ass was too busy eating pizza or screwing his wife probably

how big was big bookie ,i don't know,but there is no written rules to being a bookie or writing for a book.

3.I doubted big bookie at first but I really do believe he was a bookie. Maybe he was just a college kid who took local action or who knows but he had an original idea for posting and was a great poster.its a shame that people are spreading misinformation about locals and claiming he was a fraud.there are no laws on what type of action you take and what being a bookie means in terms of some sort or unwritten laws about when you take wagers

in an age of betting syndicates and the growth of online wagering who knows what type of action locals take anymore but I did enjoy bigbookies posts.very original way of posting and quite successful

Magillagorilla, you are so wrong about point number 2, i really dont even know where to begin. If you think our govt dont have guys surfing gambling sites the same way they surf the net looking for pediphiles, then you know nothing about the net. These guys are looking for any ways they can to nail people in our society and if you got guys posting on boards that they are bookies, think again if they dont want to do some research. Heres a thought start posting that you are going to be selling some illegal drugs on the net, and then watch how long that lasts. People that are doing illegal things, dont advertise their business on the net. More people thru the years have gotton busted in various illegal activities for making even less stupid decisions then posting on a messageboard. We live in a very high tech world my friend and our govt can read all of our emails as it is right now. So its silly to think it couldnt happen and truthfully only a stupid person would post that they are involved in an illegal activity on the net.
