ZAP..aw man I had the under 189 in this one. I just saw this thread and I swear after watching the first half I thought this game was easily going to go over. I went out, got my car cleaned up and my hair cut, came back and saw the final.

Tough break..that was one I didn't think I was going to win.

This was a very tough pill to swallow. After the first I thought it would be easy. They score alomost 1/3 of the total in one quarter.

I really don't know what to say after something like this. It is about as bad a beat as I have seen all season.

I appreciate all the support and faith people here have shown.....and I will do my best to continue to earn it in spite of this....but at this moment the wind has been taken out of my sails. I most likely won't post for a bit.....this is my 999th post and I want to make my 1000th post something a bit more upbeat.

Zap, Don't worry about this one. The game started great, and got really ugly. I still think the over was the play. They missed about 20 free throws and got tired in the second half. Nobody could make a shot.
I didn't pound it because of your disclaimer. And I know how to manage my money.

neither do , but heck it doesnt hurt...remember the thread in the main forum last week when the score was 14-0 early in the New England game...the over under was 33 & the guys thread title was "Idiots who bet the under" that thread sure bit him in the ass as the under wound up hitting.

the bite in the ass hurts more for a person when they think they have the play in the bag. i often will feel strong optimistic, but do know that anything can happen, and it has, esp in past few days. i dont like to add up the total til i see FINAL in the box score. will cont to be optimistic tonight GL everyone

PS my 1st q bet pretty much evened out the game for me. does anyone here play alot of 1st q when they love an over? how often does it work...i play them every once in a while, and hit ok with them. any comments about 1st q's when they loike an over <or under> very very strongly?
