What are the chances a 78 year old man with poor health dies in the next 2 months anyway? In normal times, probably 1-2%... maybe 2-3% with Covid. If the man never serves a day as President, bets for him to win should obviously not be validated.

Wrong. That's not obvious at all. If bets are based on winning the election, then serving as President is irrelevant.

And you claim to be a lawyer? LOL.

If he never is a President, then he didn't win the Presidency, you dim witted bitch.

The OP topic is not to "win the Presidency" AND serve at least a day as President, but to win the election (which is already over, as the voting is concluded). Try to pay attention.

I just love you edited your post like a dim witted little bitch and threw in the last line. I don't need to be a lawyer to understand that a bet to win the Presidency isn't won until someone actually becomes the President.

Apparently you need to be a Rhodes scholar to understand that in your mind.

Here's another example maybe your simple ass can understand. When you bet on someone to win the Heisman, you don't win the bet until they actually win the Heisman. They have to actually be handed the trophy and declared the Heisman winner. If Biden dies today, he's never going to be a President, and has never won the Presidency.

Presidency: 2 : the term during which a president holds office.

It's fucking basic English, but apparently too complicated for PedoFiles. Someone has literally not won the Presidency until they've begun their term as President.

Irrelevant. He can win the election (which is over) without ever becoming acting President.

Several books have already graded him as the election winner.

The American people have made their decision with their votes. It's over. Finished.
