I just spoke with Scott & it was very apparent that he is not the least bit happy with the fact his internet options are down. These Books are fighting a hell of a battle and should be applauded for not paying a ransom instead of cathing heat in the forums. Imagine your business being down, and then on top that the customers giving you a hard time also. Now, you are stuck with the misery of trying to get your business up and the misery of dealing with customers unsatisfaction.
Please let BHB do what they need to get this all worked out without more insult to injury.
I think it is the professional approach to take.
These hackers are causing hell and we all need to stick together and give support instead of adding more misery to the book.
