Then take his chips to the cage and get cash and go make a sports bet. At the sports book cash has to be exchanged for the ticket you bet. Or of course you can use a winning sports ticket also to pay for your ticket.There really is no rule to break
Its a simple decision by the sports book if they want to allow this person to have credit .
They give tons of people credit .
So it’s only a decision on deciding if they want to give this guy x amount of credit to make a completely separate bet from the original using his parlay ticket as collateral

I think plenty of people have money to hedge even if they only bet $10 parlays. I play small bets but have plenty of money lying around if I need to hedge something like that
