Thanks, Jay.

There is no way in hell that providing my email address to anyone is acceptable to prevent spamming. BP should immediately cease spamming ALL people off the list he bought.

However, I am willing to allow BP the time it takes to do so. If it doesn't get done soon, what's to stop us from replying to every single one of his posts with this request, until he gets the point that spammers are DETESTED? It isn't about BP personally, it's about the CRAP flooding our mailboxes.

Step up to the plate, BP, and just stop spamming people who NEVER asked you for it.

As much heat as BP is taking over his spamming, you would think that the cold calling books would be getting lynched, blacklisted & thrown in the mud.

Oh yeah, but they advertise here.

Fine. Quit spamming. Deal?

TTinCo - that's a different topic. First time Skybook cold calls me, thoguh I have an account there, it's over with them. Period.

I myself spend 30 minutes each morning fowarding all my spam to www.spamcop.net, not sure if it helps, but it sure is good therapy. Notwithstanding that, any spam I get concerning gambling or sports I consider fair game. For one I signed up for many sites with my email, and to be honest, I am interested in the subject. I don't see it as equal to someone sending 3 million emails to the world and seeing what sticks.

"I bought a list off freemoney.com targeted gamblers a while back email me info@bettingprophets.com and I will remove anyone that wishes."

I have done this twice now, and it has been ignored twice. Way to stand by your promises.

I have the same experience as Nathan. BP just ignores my requests to stop spamming. Moreover BP continually changes his sender's address so that you can't block the sender to stop his spam.

I didn't want to do this but as a last resort I have now begun to forward all gambling spam from those who do not permit me to unsubcribe to agent Marco Rodriguez of the Miami FBI office. Agent Rodgiruez has asked me for BP's real name and when I find out I will provide it.

I apologized and explained that my partner loaded the UNCLEANED LIST THAT HAD NO REMOVALS

I have removed over 65 people that have requested

I also said IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN OR I WILL NOT POST FOREVER

marlowe lmao what a joke If you think that some cop in Miami is gonna come up to Canada to lecture me on a spam mistake you have some problems son

you are removed and like i said the WRONG list was uploaded and now I deleted it so there is NO CHANCE IN HELL of it happening again

I have not really gotten along with BP lately but have spoke to him on the phone a few times a while back and he is an ok guy. I guess he got caught up in this e-mail thing.

I appreciate the apology, but you should know that when *multiple* requests are ignored it's hard to believe the sincerity of the apology for the most *recent* occurrence.

By the way, I noticed that the most recent spam *also* has no instructions for ubsubscription. People who don't want your e-mail have to come track you down. Was *that* was an oversight, too?

Betting Prophets, you've made two personal promises now to take customers who request it off your list. You've also (see above) written: "IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN OR I WILL NOT POST FOREVER [sic]."

Yesterday and today I received THREE unsolicited e-mails from you despite your worthless promises. And of course, the return e-mail address was not functional.

How do you explain this? Does your word mean so little to you?

business is business, stop crying....

BettingProphets.com is just trying to get more customers...

What is going on with the posters, like if it was the first time getting promotional emails...

YOU WOULD DO EXACTLY THE SAME THING TO GET MORE BUSINESS.....

I just disagree with most of the poster that come in here just to complain about this kind of things...

I do business online, I make money online, mass emailing is a normal activity in our business, some people don't like others do, we will take the chance anyway...

I am just posting my opinion, please do not waste our time fighting about this issue anymore...

Glad to have the forums back.....
