Let's cut to the chase here. You have posted this story in every site known to mankind. BP claims that you were " refunded in full on account deposits this issue was derived from", and "Funds in the account beyond that were paid out." Is this true or not? This is not a difficult question. If you claim that this is not true, please explain to us what has not ben refunded or paid out, and what part of that statement is a lie. Have you received any refunds at all?

KGambler has selective memory. Every player that has contacted me has been paid

I wont post private emails but I have assisted players with 5 figure balances who are paid. Players with legitimate withdrawal problems are getting paid by at least 5 methods all in prompt fashion. BetPhoeinx has a huge customer base all anyone has to do is read complete threads that include all the players that are happy with BetPhoenix.com. There has not been a complaint from anyone that I know of since Mid May. Which is when BetPhoenix.com revamped their withdrawal procedure to include new methods for players to receive subtantial amounts in to 2 to 4 working days depending upon the day of the week they make the withdrawals.

I will say it again to anyone who plays at BetPhoenix and is having difficulty with a withdrawal is welcome to contact me at person19481950@yahoo.com and I will waste absolutely no time whatsoever making sure you get your money as quickly as possible by the quickest means BetPhoenix.com has at their disposal. If you are limited to only one or two methods for prsonal reasons please keep in mind that is your fault and makes it more difficult to get funds transferred.

Someone sent me this post from SBR (Naturally it wasn't mentioned by KGambler). This is no shil as I spoke on the phone to the person, and arrange for her to be paid and as you can tell from the post there were no problems.

I ask myself often if so many players are not being paid by BetPhoenix why don't I see more emails.

I would say since May 1st I have had 5 emails tops and have helped every single one get paid.

I am here if needed. BetPhoenix has their withdrawal process running as smoothly as ever. I have been to their incredibly impressive facility, and am certain they are not going anywhere nor are they stealing funds from accounts.

Challenge Me

First off I wanna thank Fishhead for sending me to Wilheim. He has done an amazing job with all of this. He didn't waste any time at all, talked to the right guys and started to get a consistent cash flow coming in. All my payouts that have been pending for quite sometime are now sitting in my burberry. So obviously Bet Phoenix is not a sinking ship. I am very confident that I will be recieving all of my money...Thanks again Wilheim...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am sure Erica has received the remainder of her balance or she would have got back to me since Mid May. The others I have helped chose to contact me privately and I will keep it that way. They know who they are and are welcome to contribute to this thread if they care to..

Thanks, wilheim

I guess that closes this issue. Aparently we have a case of someone who just will not give it up. I asked for an explination from BP about several issues (not this one in particular) and how they were going to handle these issues in the FUTURE, which is what really counts here. No one can undo the past. What is done is done. If I were thinking about using this book, I would want to know what will happen in the future.

Since May, eh. So the other 95% who've never heard of forums and Wilheim
are just out of luck getting back the money stolen from them.

X-Files

I am talking about all the so called problems that KGambler and others claim have been posted at SBR. I cannot help players who do not contact me. We have thousand of players reading this forum everyday and hundreds play at BetPhoenix.com..You haven't a scintilla of proof that anything that KGambler is posting in this thread is true yet when someone steps forward with a helping hand you ridicule them. The truth is if you want to go back to the day BetPhoenix.com opened I have had less than a 10 complaints all of which I dealt with immediately.

Please refer to post #16, where this is discussed in great detail (for the love of god, don't make me type this story again!)

To be honest, I don't even know what Richard is trying to say there. The quotes are confusing to me. Even Richard doesn't claim they gave me all of the losses back, so I am not sure what those quotes are even supposed to mean. He says he gave me $2K of my $3K losses back. I say that it is clear the $2K was credited to my card in order to prevent me from making a chargeback, because this is what Richard told me. If he had meant it as a refund, he would not have told me that, and would have probably told somebody about it at some point. Like me, for example, or SBR, or his employees, or the SBR community...

Yeah, I am really confused as to why he is touting the fact that people who are getting slow payed have to find him and contact him in order to get payed in a timely manner. I never said BetPhoenix is insolvent or anything like that. I have presented my story, along with many indisputable facts, and people can make up their own mind.

Also keep in mind that Wilhelm makes money by promoting BetPhoenix. Every customer he sends there, he stands to make money. I am not saying he is doing anything wrong. I don't know much about this site, but it appears he takes his reputation seriously and tries to make sure that his posters are treated right by the books he promotes. I wish I could say the same about Sports Book Review.

Anyway, it's still worth mentioning. He has a business relationship with BP.

As for me, I don't deny I have a grievance with BP. I wouldn't be here if they didn't screw me over and lie about my case.

Kgambler what site did you sign up through.

Someone asked me this on another site, and I am posting my answer here as well because the information could be very relevant.

It's funny you should mention this. One of the results of the investigation is that Marauders and I have the same affiliate, that both of us thought that SBR should be our affiliate, and that neither of us had ever heard of the guy who BP said was our actual affiliate. His name was Alvin Ma.

I asked BetPhoenix who the hell "Alvin Ma" is and how he came to be my affiliate. They ignored this request for information, just like every single other request for information or data that I made.

Sorry if I confused anyone mentioning "Marauders". That is his SBR handle. He brought a complaint through SBR that a hacker had played in the casino and lost a bunch of money. He is the other customer that BP initially claimed had clicked on the malicious link on 2+2. Like me, they now claim he was never hacked and have not refunded him any money. They finally made that announcement a couple of days ago, after jerking him around since February.

For some reason, Richard often replies to my posts, but completely ignores Marauders begging for an explanation of what happened. I am not sure why. I guess I really pissed Richard off.

I will PM Marauders and ask him to post his story here. It's up to him if he wants to. And no, we don't know each other. We have exchanged a couple of PMs over at SBR though.

So if you click on the BetPhoenix link or banner, therx is not the affiliate?

I apologize in advance if Wilhelm is not an owner or employee of therx. I admittedly know next to nothing about this site.

This latest development is at least kind of interesting. We have asked before (at SBR) who could possibly gain from somebody losing at blackjack or playing these parlays, given the hacker could never get paid, thus being malicious would be the only cause.

If there is a rogue affiliate with access to the passwords, and that affiliate is on a % of losses, they are the one person who would stand to gain...

For the record.

I have been a moderator here at The Rx.com for nearly 7 years, on June 20th I will have been Head Moderator 5 years and in all that time I have not been been paid a red cent over what my monthly salary is. Should BetPhoeinx get 500 new players this month or no new players this month I will still get exact amount I get every month. The same goes for all our sponsors or all for any amount of players I help. One of the first provison's I include before I proceed with a dispute is I accept no fees, gifts, referrals or pay in any form for my services. I have helped several hundred posters in the five years I have been head mod and have never excepted money for my help.

Once a player sent me two dozen golf balls against my wishes when I was living in the states. I donated them to a youth golf school that taught under-privileged young people from th inner city (Boston) the basics of the game. I assisted the player recover $16,000 from a book no longer in business. This happened in 2006.

This thread has turned into a repeat of the same material posted at other forums. I am leaving it open but you will find it be following the re-direct I will create. The thread from now on will be in the Rubber Room.

Thanks you, wilheim

Whether you get paid on salary or per referal, the fact still remains that you work for therx and therx gets paid by Bet Phoenix. I think everyone can see that you offered me no help whatsoever, and also tried to subtly discredit me from the very beginning. I could give a rat's ass about the golf balls you gave away in 2006, or any other charity you have given. The fact still remains that Bet Phoenix is a big client/business partner for therx, and you are the therx head monitor. You have showed you could not overcome that conflict of interest.

BetPhoenx is no bigger or smaller than all the other sponsors we have. Proving again you have no clue about what you are talking about. I have seen your act at least a dozen times over the years. Blame your problems on anyone you can, whether be The Rx, myself, SBR, BetPhoenix, Moneybookers it's all the same everytime. Poor me someone hacked into my account and bet five team parlays.

Have a nice life.
