doesnt sound like to good of a book

What do you mean. This is the best book for customer service, hands down. Money is very safe at BP. I have total confidence in this book. Only negative I can say is future prices are sometimes ridiculous.

Yes ... the guy cried about it and because he cried, he got his rollover reduced.

I mean, 10x rollover was excessive for a Bonus Play, but he signed up for it, took the money, won the free-play, cried about it and had it reduced.

He did have a case with the "horses", though.

So, sign up for anything with BetPhoenix ... come to the RX and cry about it ... BetPhoenix will give in.

In my view, BetPhoenix is being too nice. They have to stick to their rules ... unless they want a bunch of cry-baby shot-taking bonus whores wagering there. They are definitely a good book but for their sake, they need to stop giving in like this.

I agree. They are too fair and kind to a fault. From my experience they go above and beyond for their customers. Nobody is going to convince me that they are criminals.

Shit!!!!!!

I never realised Bonus Play winnings had to be rolled over.

Bloody pleased my 20-1 Preakness Bonus Play did not win.

Feel sorry for the thread starter.
