I was not in anyway trying to make excuses or insult anyone at all , I was only trying to explain that it sometimes takes a period of time to fund a Neteller Merchant account .

At the same time I was also trying to give who ever needed it some pointers on getting a Neteller account funded at a more speedy pace , sorry for trying to give out some good advice .

Yes, I'm serious. I needed somet money to go Gambling and they wrote me a cheque for $2500 and I cashed it at their bank.
