Not sure why they put a hold on it. bet phoenix called me and told me to call moneygram and tell them to release it. Bet phoenix acted like this was very normal but it never happend with 5 dimes.

Never, ever had a problem with MG from 5Dimes.

I will say that betphoenix is number 1 for customer service but i have missed out on so many bets with them cause it alwayes kicks me out before the game starts or the site is very slow at times.

Same thing happened to me this weekend. I think the newer version of website works faster though.

Agreed..Betphoenix really needs to put moneylines on all games. That is really hindering them from being a top tier book
