Betonline responds. I suspect smirking dealer who couldn't hide the scam, looking for a job:

Subject: Casino Dealer Cheating
Good day,

Thank you for contacting us.

This is Shane from player services, hope this email finds you well.

We would like to profusely apologize on behalf of all parties involved as this was a simple human error. The player would have clearly won the hand in question if the cards were dealt without error. We have escalated this matter to have the video reviewed as we are unable to do that over here at the CS department and with the review we have seen that there was indeed an error. The player who suffered this loss has been fully reimbursed and further procedures have been put in place to ensure this will not happen again. We are sincerely sorry that this had happened and apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured the player affected has been reimbursed accordingly and this will not happen again in future.

If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,

Shane

Fuck them. More people than just the dealer were in on this. This isn't and "error". It is fraud.

From a respected poster at another site:

BetOnline.ag announces that they have cut third-party vendor Global Gaming Labs (GGL), in favor of Live Dealer Casino third-party vendor Visionary iGaming (ViG) – effective immediately!

Live Dealer casino games allow BetOnline.ag players to engage in a new level of interactive gaming experience with real cards, tables, and dealers — from their preferred device.

After client-side complaints regarding the number of available tables, games offered, lackadaisical dealers, and poor hand reporting became common-place (regarding GGL), BetOnline took on the task of finding a superior Live Casino Vendor.
After a month-long search in early January 2017, it was decided that ViG would offer a superior product for the BetOnline.ag Players. ViG was notified mid-January, and as of 18 February 2017, the new vendor is in production on BetOnline.ag. Client feedback has been very positive since the switchover!

Pretty sure the whole gangster persona by that Morgenstern guy is a front. If he is indeed a bj expert and a card counter, I suspect acting like a complete idiotic douche is disarming to online and brick and mortar casinos. No one could have a high enough aptitude to be successful counting cards and stupid enough to act like he does.

I also think casinos feel it's not cheating, but evening the odds if it is against card counters. I say this because I used to count quite a bit and encountered some instances against casinos while playing, including a floor manager on a casino boat who removed tens from a double deck game (he was dealing himself too because the dealers refused to deal the game. They later told me what happened, which made sense because I quit a few shuffles in because the count consistently went sky high but the tens never came) and a dealer in Tunica who did the same thing as this online dealer except it was on a hand held double deck game (I had a max bet out for a double up and I watched him slide the top card over and deal the one under it, and sure enough it was a rag)

Well.... the fact they jumped ship is a Big dam deal, indicating that video that surfaced probably is the tip of many many recent complaints.
Having said that, I give them 100% respect for acting quickly. This is uncommon in this industry.. lol. Soo cheers to them!

gotcha guesser.....makes sense now. He is also barking up the wrong tree. That live BJ is a third party operation that is used by many, many, many sportsbooks. I'm sure Bet Online would not be pleased to see this, but they are not the ones cheating here. The live BJ place needs to be contacted and who knows where or who they are.

this is true ^^^

and Glad that Betonline worked fast to correct the mistake/robbery

The only difference here between the live casino online & online casino software is that with the live action we actually see the proof of cheating with our eyes & a way that cannot be denied, vs the gaming software which can also be manipulated but when that argument is made, many deny it because it cant be proven in the same manner.

If the evidence wasn't recorded then not a damn thing would have been done about it...

I've had multiple problems with Betonline cheating me out of money and online "watchdogs" rating them an A or A+ which is a a joke taking money from them as sponsors helping them to make me seem like a fringe angle shooter.

The question I have to ask is WHY does a third party need to cheat? Do they get commissions from the players losses?

Well haven't opened up my rx email in the past 4 days, but had this sent to me by Dave @ Betonline

BetOnline Notified of Questionable Behavior by Black Jack Dealer from its previous Live Dealer Casino Provider

20 February 2017, BetOnline.ag has been notified of an instance of potentially questionable behavior by a black jack dealer from its previous Live Dealer Casino Provider on the date of January 25th, 2017. The Company removed the previous Provider’s Casino and replaced it with the much improved Visionary iGaming Live Dealer product on February 18th 2017.

BetOnline.ag is currently looking into the issue with help and careful cooperation from the previous Live Dealer provider. BetOnline.ag asks that anyone who feels they may have been affected by this dealer’s actions to contact them by email at Casino@BetOnline.ag.

As always, BetOnline.ag takes client feedback seriously. And nothing is more important to BetOnline.ag than the integrity of its gambling offerings and the enjoyment of its players.
